Keeping the creative flow going through COVID...

Releasing ‘Climb’ was a huge deal for me. 18months of hard work, a big chunk of my soul and heading into unknown lands with scorching suns & cacti🌞🌵 (It was amazing!)

Having #covid down-time has made me come to realise that I am such a perfectionist that I tend to hold off putting beautiful things out there for fear of not being good enough. Like this photo taken yesterday by @shaunashauna_ .

I would normally hold onto it in my phone for months until I felt it was the “right time”.. 🤦🏻‍♀️

Well, shits gotta change! So here is me right now in the world. ❤️💫 Trying everyday to ride the wave of creativity and keep the motion of ‘Crossing the Sea’ on path. It’s been sometimes hard for me to stay in the moment with making this record and not gallop ahead, like I normally would. But each time I freak out, I listen to the tracks and I am quickly reminded how killer they are sounding & how the wait will be totally worth it! 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

My next track to be released is called ‘Little Bluebird’ and it’s so stunning. I am looking forward to letting her fly into your world. 🌝 The video was shot by Melbourne film-maker, Leanne Hanley in New Mexico late last year. The song and the visuals are haunting & beautiful. Make sure you are on my mailing list to receive updates. Also jump on my Spotify or Apple Music page and follow me. You can also save any of my songs to your playlists on those streaming sites.

Much love,

Anna Weatherup xx
